ARPAIO DIRECT EXAMINATION
PLAINTIFFS' ATTORNEY STANLEY YOUNG
[1984] Q. Did you hear Mr. Casey say anything with respect to the Montgomery Seattle investigation that you can affirm here today was incorrect?
MR. MASTERSON: Objection, foundation.
THE COURT: Overruled.
THE WITNESS: I don't recall. [1985]
Q. Well, you heard all of his testimony, correct?
A. Yes.
Q. Okay. And you don't recall him saying anything about the Montgomery or Seattle investigations -- investigation that you believe to be incorrect. Am I understanding you?
MR. MASTERSON: Same objection.
THE COURT: Overruled.
THE WITNESS: I may not agree with his assessment, but I'm not saying it's true or not true.
BY MR. YOUNG:
Q. Well, you can't the tell me right now that something that he said on that subject is untrue, is that right?
A. That he said?
Q. Yes.
A. No, I don't believe so.
