The Sheriff’s Office continues to be the only Arizona law enforcement agency arresting illegal aliens under all aspects of the state and federal immigration laws. “Because I am keeping my promise to the citizens of this county and keep attacking the illegal immigration problem from every legal aspect, the pro-illegal immigration activists and their highpriced attorneys are now attempting to stop my enforcement of the laws of this state and country with a frivolous lawsuit claiming racial profiling,” says Sheriff Arpaio. “These pro-illegal immigration supporters will not deter my deputies from lawfully arresting violators of the state and federal immigration laws.
