| Montgomery v. Penumbra et al. |
(Product liability/negligence case filed on Feb. 19 by Montgomery in Washington state court against (among others) the makers of a medical device used during his 2013 brain surgery.) Montgomery filed an amended complaint (and corrected amended complaint) on June 13. Defendant Overlake Hospital filed motion for summary judgement on June 17, which other defendants joined on July 5 and a hearing on the motion was held July 15. |
